Definitions

“Registora”, “we”, “us” means BoltPath LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, operating the software service at registora.com.

“You”, “your” means the natural or legal person who opens an account or otherwise uses the service.

“Service” means the Registora software, the hosted subprocessor pages, the upstream monitoring, the customer notification flow, the DPA generator, and any other features we make available from time to time.

§ II

Acceptance

By opening an account or using the Service in any other way, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

§ III

The Service

The Service helps you maintain a public list of your subprocessors as required by Article 28(2) of the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions. We host the page, monitor the upstream providers you list, and assist with notifying your customers of changes.

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no representation that your use of the Service constitutes compliance with any law. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance.

§ IV

Your account

You must provide accurate information when opening an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy below.

§ V

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload personal data of any person without lawful basis to do so, including customer email addresses you do not have permission to email.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service in a way that degrades it for other users.
  • Use the Service to impersonate another business or to publish a subprocessor page that you do not own or control.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
§ VI

Fees and billing

The Service is offered on a free tier and paid tiers. Current pricing is on our website at /#schedule. Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.

By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable.

We may change our prices on thirty days' notice. The change applies at the start of your next billing period.

§ VII

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months.

See our Refund Policy for the conditions under which we issue refunds.

§ VIII

Intellectual property

The Service, the Registora name, the wordmark, and the software are owned by BoltPath LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you upload (your subprocessor list, your customer email list, your company information). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you.

§ IX

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

§ X

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any notification we dispatch on your behalf will be delivered.

§ XI

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business.
