§ I

Summary

Subscriptions and one-time purchases on Registora are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law and except as explained below. You may cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard, and you will retain access to the paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Free tier

The free tier costs nothing. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

§ III

Statutory withdrawal rights

Some jurisdictions grant buyers a statutory right to withdraw from a transaction for any reason within a fixed period. Where such rights apply, Paddle will honour them in accordance with their Refund Policy:

  • European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom: a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the transaction.
  • Turkey and Israel: a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal.
  • South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and China: a 7-day right of cancellation after delivery.
  • Singapore: a 5-day right of cancellation after delivery or first access.

These statutory rights apply to your first transaction in a subscription. For UK annual subscriptions, a new 14-day window applies on each renewal. The right may not apply once you have begun substantively using or benefiting from the service after expressly consenting to immediate access.

Local consumer protection law always takes precedence over this policy. If a mandatory right applies in your jurisdiction, you keep it whether or not it is listed above.

§ IV

How to request a refund

The simplest path is to contact Paddle directly through the link on your purchase receipt, through their support form, or at paddle.net. You can also email billing@registora.com from the address on your account and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

§ V

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Registora dashboard or by contacting billing@registora.com. After cancellation your access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period.

§ VI

Discretionary refunds

Outside the statutory windows above, Paddle may approve refunds at their discretion on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee that a discretionary refund will be approved. To request one, contact Paddle directly or email billing@registora.com.

§ VII

Tax refunds

Businesses charged sales tax, VAT, GST or similar consumption tax on a transaction may, if registered for that tax in the country of purchase, be entitled to a refund of the tax amount in accordance with applicable law. Tax refund requests are handled by Paddle.

§ VIII

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact billing@registora.com first. Most billing questions can be resolved without a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
